Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees are calculating by distance and any obstacles such as stairs and special requests. Please call our office for a current delivery quote.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance or the day prior. If this is the case, we will call the Thursday before to confirm that someone will be at the event location.
No. The equipment should be clean when you get it. One Call Events cleans and disinfects after every rental. Pl,ease note these are rental items so do expect a few minor blemishes but always in an acceptable clean condition.
Yes. All tables and tents should be cleared out and only One Call Event's equipment should be left on tables or in tents. A cleaning fee of $25 per table will be added if One Call shows up to pick up at the agreed time and customer has not cleared tables or tents.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.

Yes all orders require a 20% Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 30 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you forfeit your deposit
We carry everything from 10X10 to 100X100. When measuring out your space calculate for a cleared space (Including overhead lines and house eaves in increments of 10 feet such as 10X, 20X, 30X, 40X, 50X, and so on
One call Events will use 3 ft Steel Stakes, concrete blocks, or 55 gallon water barrels (Water must be available within 100 feet. **IF STAKES ARE BEING USED CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO NOTIFY ONE ONE EVENT"S STAFF OF ANY UNDERGROUND WATER,GAS,OR SIMILAR LINES. ONE CALL WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IF A LINE IS RUPTURED. If winds are greater than 20 MPH depending on structure style it may be advised that One Call Events will not install due to safety precautions.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit.
